As part of your home inspection, DeepView Home Inspections performs a careful visual observation for signs of active or past water intrusion in the home’s accessible areas. We look for visible indicators that moisture may be affecting the property so you can make informed decisions.
When conditions permit, we may use thermal observation to help identify temperature patterns that could suggest moisture concerns. Any visible warning signs are documented in your inspection report for awareness.
